        The patented WALL-GUARD waterproofing is spray applied to form a seamless barrier.

A 100% rubber waterproofing membrane is the core of this protection, which is based on advanced hydrocarbon polymer technology. Our membrane is asphalt-free and maintains superior performance proper- ties when exposed to chemicals and gases found in the soil. It resists the attack of bacteria, algae and fungus.

Within minutes after sprayed onto the wall surface, WALL-GUARD becomes incredibly elastic (over 1,800% elongation)...the membrane develops tenacious adhesion to the wall along with an aggressive tack to receive protection board without penetrating "hold-down" buttons... and WALL-GUARD cures to become exceedingly tough and durable to claim a life expectancy of over 100 years. WALL-GUARD's 100% RUBBER POLYMER MEMBRANE IS ASPHALT-FREE IT'S NON-TOXIC AND WILL NOT CONTAMINATE THE GROUND WATER.

4 STEPS TO WALL-GUARD'S WARRANTED WATERPROOFING PROTECTION

	STEP 1. SITE PREPARATION:    Dirt and debris are removed. Voids on the wall, as may occur in honey-combed  areas. mortar joints and tie holes, are filled with an all-polymer mastic.
	STEPS 2-3. FIRST AND SECOND COAT:    WALL-GUARD is a two coat application to the exterior foundation wall. After the first coat is completed, the second coat is applied perpendicular to assure proper coverage
	STEP4. MEMBRANE PROTECTION BOARD INSTALLED:    WALL-GUARD's tenacious adhesion eliminates membrane penetrating "hold-down" buttons. Protection boards can be dual purpose to include insulating and drainage features.
